- Dear David, I just wanted to thank you and Chau very much for the exceptional service that you provided on a recent floral arrangement that I needed sent from Brampton to Putnam, Connecticut. Last Wednesday at about 1:30 ,I called Chau and asked her to send a nice Easter arrangement.Less than two hours later, I had already received a thank you note on my blackberry from my associate who had received the arrangement.One cannot ask for better service than that.I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend your service to any of my friends or business associates in future.Barb Hore
- Recently, through BNI, I had the opportunity to personally use the product and service of Flora Brampton.
One of my clients was going to be celebrating her 65th birthday, and knowing that she is fond of fresh flowers, I thought I would send her a bouquet on her birthday which was also on the sunday. This was a huge plus for me, as Flora Brampton delivers on Sundays also.
My client received her bouquet on her birthday, with all her family there, and she was thrilled as it was really beautiful.
That, however, is not the end of the story. I had to visit my client some 10 days later, and her bouquet was still as fresh and beautiful as ever. She was amazed that it had lasted so long. I was very pleased also, because when David says their flowers last, he means it, and I can verify that. What a pleasure it is to do business with Flora Brampton.
